About Seagull View Apartment

Seagull View apartment is situated in central Newquay close to the shops, entertainment venues, bars and restaurants, yet positioned in a quiet residential area. The apartments clifftop location overlooks the wonderful Towan Beach, Newquay harbour and iconic Island House with its photogenic suspension bridge, with far reaching coastline views from Trevose Head to Towan Head.

Watch the surfers, beach fun and the boats coming and going in the harbour from the comforts of the apartments lounge, balcony or even by just sitting up in bed!. Maybe; join them, go surfing, coasteering, kayaking, fishing or hire a stand up paddle board, all are possible within a few minutes of the apartment.

Newquay has a World renown zoo, golf courses, a boating lake and spectacular Blue Reef Aquarium; not to mention nine sandy beaches, each with a distinct character also a harbour, all are very close by, leave your car in the apartments car park space and forget about congestion and parking dificulties.

Our Set Up

The apartment is set up for families and couples who expect home from home comforts with all linen, crockery, cutlery etc provided, we have free wifi, smart TV with Netflix. The kitchen has integrated dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer. For cooking we have Neff ovens, microwave and gas hob. There is a full sized dining table and the lounge has comfy reclining sofas and swivel chairs.
There is an ensuite shower and WC and a family bathroom with bath, shower cubical, wc and washbasin with shaving point over.

Sleeping

• Bedroom 1, master bedroom deep pocket sprung king sized bed with shower and wc ensuite, sliding wardrobe storage. Sea facing double doors opening onto the balcony.
• Bedroom 2, double bed with deep pocket sprung matress, ample storage, dressing table and bright morrning sunshine.
• Bedroom 3, double bed with full sized single bed over giving flexible sleeping arrangements, ample storage.

Outside

• Balcony with patio table and chairs overlooking the sea and beach, enjoy a sundowner while taking in some of the best views in Newquay.
• The apartments parking space is free during your stay and right next to the entrance.
• There is a sheltered sunny communal courtyard.

We offer sensible and competive prices by booking direct with us without any booking fees for stays at Seagull with its  3 bedrooms sleeping up to 7 people, free allocated  off road parking for one vehicle and superb views from its beachfront location.  

Special Conditions

• We only let the apartment to families and couples, it is not set up or designed for over exuberant activities or party use.
• Sorry no pets are allowed.
• Smoking and vaping not permitted
• Shorter than a week bookings by agreement with flexible start days, a minimum charge of £495 is applied to short bookings.
• A deposit of 30% of the quoted price is required to secure a booking with the remaining balance paid for by six weeks prior to arrival. For bookings taken with less than six weeks, payment must be made in full by cheque or bank transfer, sorry we don't take credit card payment.
• No additional charges are made for cot, high chair etc.
